Full job description

Day to day management of Amazon Seller Central
Be able to upload new items in the sales channels Amazon, eBay, including our e-commerce website
Develop new and creative strategies for the grow of the business within the Amazon channel and other marketplaces
Develop and execute strategies to increase page views, improve conversions, increase sales and launch new products
Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, responding to requests
Maintain and improve listings to boost product ranking within the channels.
Manage the sales and margin targets of Amazon account and other channels
Analyze sales-related metrics including inventory, pricing and promotions
Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
Ensure pricing is accurate and competitive
Keep up to date with best practices to all e-Commerce platforms
Ability to create detailed reports driven by marketplace activity
Maintain quality service by monitoring standards and advising supervisor of potential problems
Audit content and troubleshoot customer, product, and site issues

Good knowledge of E-commerce operation like order processing, dispatch, stock management etc. on Amazon, ETSY, Flipkart, etc.
Good knowledge of excel.
Order processing and dispatch of products, RTO, Track shipment etc.
Address customer complaints and disputes.
Mark products out of stock whenever they are unavailable for Sale & maintain the stock amount.
Knowledge of WooCommerce & Shiprocket software is desirable.
Handling & Promoting Social media accounts.
Good writing English
