Other than Hindi / English, customer service executives / Telecallers

Ideally, you should have worked in Customer Service / coordination

Job description

  • Active coordination with Authors, Publishers, Reviewers, and Editors
  • Identifying gaps if any and correcting them as per the process guidelines of the customer
  • Keep the client informed on the job schedules (delivery time, delays, reschedule, priorities, holidays, absenteeism)
  • Coordinating with the workflow team to get the things done as per the customer specification

Candidate Profile:

  • Candidate with a minimum of 1 years of experience in Customer Support
  • Should have excellent customer handling, communication, and mail writing skills
  • Should have interacted with customers on a daily basis and should have the ability to understand the priorities/expectations of the customers and work accordingly
  • Should be able to deliver the products as per the SLA / TAT with the highest quality
  • Experience in handling US / UK / Europe customers will be given high preference

Senior Customer Care Representative


Customer Service orientation, Willingness and ability to continuously learn and improve product knowledge, Process Orientation, Proactiveness, Good Communication Skills (preferably English and local language), and pleasant personality.

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Ensure 100% sales process implementation and compliance
  • Meet daily sales and conversion targets and improve performance on all KPIs (including OL, Resume And Sales Job Package )

Customer Service:

  • Ensure all customers are attended to appropriately and timely resolution of customer escalations.
  • Daily follow-up on complaints with the concerned stakeholders to ensure timely resolution as per predefined SLA & TAT.
  • Improve overall customer experience (VOC, Customer NPS, Mystery Audit Score) and take corrective actions based on customer feedback.

Continuous Learning:

  • Keeping updated on product knowledge, promotions and processes
  • Attending training and taking
