Jobs Responsibilitie.

Patient Care.

Aiims Duties.

Team Collaboration,

Work closely with doctors, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care discussions.

Provide guidance and support to junior nursing staff and interns.

Education and Training.

Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in nursing practices and healthcare.

Compliance and Safety.

Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Ensure infection control protocols are followed.

Report any adverse incidents or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing/B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute or University.

OR B.Sc. (Post-Certificate)/Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute or University.

Registered as Nurse & Midwife with State/Indian Nursing Council.

Experience:

• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for fresh graduates.

Skills:

Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform various nursing procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations.

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods.
