    Job Description.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Safety and Security:

    Conduct pre-flight safety checks of the aircraft and equipment.
    Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and safety protocols.
    Brief passengers on safety procedures and demonstrate the use of safety equipment.
    Monitor the cabin throughout the flight and respond to any security or safety concerns.
    Customer Service:

    Greet passengers as they board and assist them with seating and stowing luggage.
    Provide attentive and friendly service, addressing passenger needs and requests.
    Serve meals, snacks, and beverages, ensuring dietary needs are met.
    Handle passenger complaints and conflicts with professionalism and tact.
    In-Flight Duties:

    Conduct cabin checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
    Administer first aid and medical assistance as needed.
    Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, elderly passengers, and those with disabilities.
    Manage in-flight sales and maintain accurate records of transactions.
    Pre-Flight and Post-Flight:

    Participate in pre-flight briefings covering flight details

    Ensure the cabin is clean and well-stocked before and after flights.
    Complete all necessary paperwork, including flight reports and inventory logs.
    Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with the flight deck crew to ensure smooth flight operations.

    Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
