Jobs Responsibilities:

Product Management:

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock availability. Digital Marketing

Customer Experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Handle order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment coordination.

Website Management:

• Update website content, including banners, promotions, and landing pages, to keep the site fresh and engaging.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure the website is visually appealing and user-friendly.

Digital Marketing Support.

• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and PPC advertising.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Data Analysis.

• Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales data, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
• Use data to identify trends and opportunities for optimizing the e-commerce experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and content management systems.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
