2+ years experience in Customer Care from Ecommerce industry is preferred.
Knowledge in Fashion and retail industry is a plus.
Good communication skills is required
Responsibilities
Attending customer correspondences through email, chat, and by phone in a timely manner.
Helping customers in choosing the right product for their requirements also help them to make a buying decision as well as suggest add-on products.
Assisting Customers with order creation process & payment links if they are facing a problem and troubleshooting it.
Liase with internal team (for e.g Logistics) for orders dispatch and ensuring their prompt delivery.
Dealing with customer issues & providing customers with clear instructions to resolve them.
Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Experience in retail sales would be a plus.
Should be presentable, have excellent communication skills and convincing ability.
