Candidate Profile:
Candidate with a minimum of 1 years of experience in Customer Support
Should have excellent customer handling, communication, and mail writing skills
Should have interacted with customers on a daily basis and should have the ability to understand the priorities/expectations of the customers and work accordingly
Should be able to deliver the products as per the SLA / TAT with the highest quality
Experience in handling US / UK / Europe customers will be given high preference
