IISER 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• Only citizens of India, PIOs, or OCIs will be considered.
• Candidates must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent level exam with science stream from any board recognized by the Council of Boards of School Education in India (COBSE) (list of recognized boards)
• Applicants from the General/OBC and Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) categories must have obtained an aggregate score of 60% or more in the qualifying test.
• Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PWD should have scored a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade in the qualifying examination.
• Candidates who are not Indian nationals can apply for admission only through the IIT-JEE (Advanced) channel.

IISER 2024 Aptitude Test Exam Pattern

The three-hour IISER Aptitude Test 2024 is administered computer-based. The exam consists of 60 multiple-choice questions broken down into four sections: biology, chemistry, mathematics, and physics. There are 15 questions in each part.
