Job Overview: The JiomCineaDigital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and digital marketing expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities.
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Digital Marketing Specialist
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
SEO/SEM Management
Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs for search engines.
Monitor and report on search engine rankings and adjust strategies as necessary.
Content Creation and Management.
Develop engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, emails, and website copy.
Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers to produce relevant content that meets the needs of key stakeholders and our audience.
Data Analysis and Reporting.
Analyze digital marketing analytics and campaign performance data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Social Media Strategy.
Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
Manage and oversee social media content, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Engage with customers and followers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
Email Marketing.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Design email templates, write compelling copy, and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies. Digital Marketing Specialist
Paid Advertising
Manage online paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid campaigns, adjusting bids and strategies to maximize ROI. Digital Marketing Specialist
Qualifications?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Adwords, and social media advertising.
Proficiency in email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
