Role & responsibilities
Create effective strategies for search engine optimization.
Oversee and supervise a team of search engine optimization experts.
Lead research for SEO friendly keywords.
Monitor technical search engine optimization issues and help in fixing them.
Direct and coordinate content teams in off-page search engine optimization tasks like link-building, forum commenting, etc.
Analyse the insights and create a report on all aspects of SEO including the audience, traffic, views, clicks, rankings, etc.
Collaborate with the Social Media Team during the SEO of marketing campaigns.
Stay up to date regarding search engine optimization and marketing standards.
Implementing on-page and off – page optimization strategies to improve search engine ranking.
Conducting on-site and off-site analysis of web SEO competition.
Keeping up-to-date with developments in SEM.
Good knowledge of back link analysis.
Able to converse in English, Hindi.
Extensive experience in SEO.
Thorough understanding of web design and site structures.
Develop and implement effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Create compelling and shareable content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Web Developer / Web Development
Must-Have:
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Core PHP
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience on WordPress Website Development/ building from Scratch.
• Experience in Responsive Design, HTML5, CSS3 and Cross-browser compatibility.
• Sound Experience in WordPress Security aspects.
• Knowledge of PHP, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS and other web development technologies.
• Optimization of client-side concerns for durability, speed, and scalability
Requisites:
• Minimum 1+ years experience in PHP
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience of WordPress development
• Extensive knowledge and experience of building WordPress CMS websites using the best practice & de-facto standard plugins.
• Experience working with WordPress at a PHP code level:
o Knowledge of existing inbuilt WordPress functions
o Creation of custom post types o Creation of themes/plugins/widgets written to confirm with the WordPress coding standards.
o Creation of clean, logical, well-documented and re-usable code.
o Use of jQuery / AJAX / Prototype an advantage.
o Theme/Template integration o Knowledge of WordPress Network (Multisite) beneficial.
o Experience creating multi-lingual websites Advantageous.
• Understanding of WordPress administration, security, backup, and deployment.
• Good understanding of cross-platform and cross-browser issues
• Implement the application’s CI/CD pipeline using the AWS CI/CD stack.
• Knowledge of MySQL database.
• Candidate must have good verbal & written communication skills.
Good to have:
• Experience of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
