Digital Marketing Executive

Develop and Manage Digital Campaigns:

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. OLA Jobs work from home

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Content Creation and Optimization:

Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast).

Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

SEO /SEM

Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.

Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.

Social Media Management.

Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence.

Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry.

Email Marketing.

Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns.

Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.

Analytics and Reporting.

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

Collaborate with Internal Teams-

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary content and tools.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends-

• • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Qualifications and Skills’

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven working experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. OLA .
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Preferred Qualifications:
