Job Description:
Interacting with corporate customers on calls / emails (handling already acquired corporate customers with post sales handholding and deliverables)
Assisting recruiters and HR professionals in understanding the functionalities of Rojgar Hunt portal and providing resolutions to their recruitment related queries
Creating a high trust value proposition and making clients understand various service offerings and the functionalities of Rojgarhunt.com website.
Solving queries related to optimum usage of opted services with quality inputs and providing resolution within the defined TAT.
Coordinating with other departments on a daily basis and following up with them diligently
Working on different CRMs and reporting tools ensuring productivity and quality standards being met as expected.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Comfortable with rotational shifts
Desired Skills:
Candidates with prior experience in client handling / BPO Voice process will be preferred.
Candidates with an exposure in MS Office and the Internet would be given preference.

Responsibilities:
Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
Scan documents and print files, when needed
Keep information confidential
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
Call to the clients if any query
Skills Required:
Candidate must have good typing speed
Good in writing communication skills required – Hindi English
Must have good discipline
