Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people from a wide range of backgrounds, ages and temperament excellent skills on MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities in general include assisting with all (back-office) activities connected with marketing , business development and Accounts
The candidate should possess good computer skills and fast on keyboard.
Coordination and follow up with team members and vendors/suppliers.

Customer Service Executive
Job Responsibility :
1) Dealing with customer issues.
2) Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
3) Catering to customer phone calls and diverting the call to the relevant department for a more advanced form of query resolution
4) Establishing a positive rapport with all customers via Call, Email, Chat
5) Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
6) Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand areas services need improvements

1. Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
2. Escalating customer feedback.
3. Handling inbound communication via various means in a professional manner.
4. Working with various internal teams.
