Requirements:
Designing itineraries and costing as per the travel plan of the traveler and communicating a range of information on destinations and culture. Metro Jobs

Coordinating with suppliers for rates, bookings and follow-ups.
Handling payments, Raising Invoices for the client against his bookings.
Ensuring that the guest have maximum comfort and conveniences during their travel.
Follow ups and feedback from the guests.
Competencies & Skills :
Strong product and destination knowledge.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Pleasing personality and also work with dedication, Sincerity and Honesty.
A creative approach to problem solving and timely up date CRM system.
Customer Support Executive Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Selecting and hiring new staff.
- Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
Customer Support Executive Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in administration or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
- Providing training to Station staff like Station Controllers, EFOs, Ticketing Staff
- Preparation of initial and refresher training plans for different category of staff
- Preparation of PPTs and writing of training material
- Ensure quality training is provided to the station staff as per job requirements
- Liaise with Station Master for preparation of training plan considering daily operational and other duties efficiently
- Ensuring that competency management assessments are revalidated before expiry
- Ensuring training and monitoring requirements of all staff pertaining to station staff are timely met with
- Able to provide training to other category of staff like TO, TA, whenever required
- Able to work as a Training coordinator with other departmental trainers
