You will be team member , will responsible for handling of Group Queries (both domestic and International).
Will need to reply Flight and Fare Enquiries emails.
Handling Group Ticketing and Refunds/re-booking of tickets.
Handling airlines ticket booking mails from customers.
Handling cases (Query / Request / Complaint / Appreciations).
Dealing with various internal departments/ airlines.
Offering alternative flight fare solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer’s business.
Communicating with customers using web-based tools and demonstrates the associated proficiency writing/grammar and hence are able to write concise and clear emails and letters.
Making recommendations according to customer need and complaints.
Maintaining reports in excel.
Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Station Controller job
  • Providing training to Station staff like Station Controllers, EFOs, Ticketing Staff
  • Preparation of initial and refresher training plans for different category of staff
  • Preparation of PPTs and writing of training material
  • Ensure quality training is provided to the station staff as per job requirements
  • Liaise with Station Master for preparation of training plan considering daily operational and other duties efficiently
  • Ensuring that competency management assessments are revalidated before expiry
  • Ensuring training and monitoring requirements of all staff pertaining to station staff are timely met with
  • Able to provide training to other category of staff like TO, TA, whenever required
  • Able to work as a Training coordinator with other departmental trainers
  • Technical Diploma holder / BE or B. Tech (any engineering stream) with 3 Year of relevant
