Responding to customer posts/comments/queries on social media
Responding to emails of customers
Attending calls from the customers for any queries or appointments when required
Making calls to the customers for resolving queries or appointments when required
Emailing the employees for any service leads generated for the day
Sending and reporting daily leads report
Making sure to follow all the SOP as per company standard that needs to be maintained in the chats/on the calls
Resolving every query that gets registered
Conversion of customers checking in for inquiries

Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills
Must be a Graduate or plus
Able to do Effective Co-ordination and response
Should complete tasks as per TAT

Job Summary
Under moderate supervision, responsible for selling companys product and/or services via telephone. Makes outbound calls to existing and potential customers. May be quota carrying or assigned to support the day-to-day sales need of an existing customer.
1. Find new business from Course, Job Package , Sale Resume, explore more channel partners in regions.
2. Share marketing and products literature to Job digital India partners.
3. Achieve budgeted sales at targeted prices and execute the same through existing distributors in the assigned territory.
4. Follow up with distributors, monitoring movement of stock, taking of fresh order and collection.
5. Provide quote, Transportation charge, and customer related documents through customers service person.
6. Coordinate with cross function for smooth execution of order and complaint resolution to enhance customer retention
7. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Build pipeline and close deal.
8. Create and Maintain customer database of assigned territory.
9. Understand customer needs and requirements.
Responsibilities:
The above will be during the initial Coaching or Training period, which will be determined and informed to them. Post the training period and basis the evaluation and decision we will modify the Role and Responsibilities from a Target and Ask perspective for them to Drive and work independently.
