    Naukri Responsibilities

    Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

    • On-Page SEO:
    • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
    • Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images.
    • Ensure website architecture and structure is optimized for search engines.
    • Implement and manage internal linking strategies.
    • Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy
    • Work towards organic search optimization and increasing organic traffic.
    • Regularly perform thorough keywords research
    • Identify key SEO KPIs
    • Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
    • Prepare and present reports regularly
    • Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner
    • Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
    • Collaborate with web developers and other teams
    • Stay up to date with the latest SEO, digital marketing latest trends and best practices
    • Off-Page SEO:
    • Execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
    • Manage relationships with external websites and bloggers for backlink opportunities.
    • Monitor and analyze backlink profiles.
    • Technical SEO:
    • Conduct regular technical audits of the website.
    • Optimize website speed and performance.
    • Implement schema markup and rich snippets.

    Paid Advertising

    • Google Ads:
    • Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Search and Display Networks.
    • Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads):
    • Develop and implement paid social media strategies.
    • Create engaging ad creatives and compelling copy.
    • Manage and optimize campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
    • Track and report on performance metrics.

    Local SEO & Google My Business (GMB)

    • Optimize GMB listings for multiple locations.
    • Ensure consistency in NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) across all local citations.
    • Respond to customer reviews and questions on GMB.
    • Implement local SEO strategies to improve visibility in local search results.

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Utilize Google Analytics to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
    • Generate comprehensive reports on website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
    • Use data insights to refine and optimize digital marketing strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Google Analytics.

    Content Strategy & Management

    • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
    • Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with SEO goals.
    • Ensure content is optimized for both search engines and user experience.

    Collaboration & Communication

    • Work closely with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
    • Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective ad creatives.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
    • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
    • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
    • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
    • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Preferred Skills
    • Certifications: Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Certification, SEO certifications.
    • Additional Skills: Experience with email marketing, CRM tools, and other digital marketing channels.
