We are looking for the position of the Head of Branding and Marketing with a minimum of 6 Month experience in running the Digital Marketing/ Content/ Branding team of a Multinational company.
Responsibilities include:
Providing vision, leadership, direction, support and line management to the Brand, Marketing Digital team.
Developing and managing the Rojgarhunt brands accounts and personal branding of Founder and CEO, Mr San Mahajan and engaging people across the organization to ensure consistent use of the brand through all activity and channels.
Developing and delivering effective marketing strategies and campaigns to increase awareness, understanding and consideration of our vision, mission and strategic objectives, working closely with the content and sales team.
Align with Organizational Vision – Working closely with the Directors and CEO along with the Content and Marketing team to ensure all Brand, Marketing and Digital strategies and plans are supporting the implementation of the organizational vision and strategy – to drive more sales
Content Management – Leading on the development and maintenance of website content, ideating and finalizing the social media content calendar on social media channels, writing, planning content for digital marketing campaigns.
SEO and PPC- Monitoring SEO work of the company and planning continuous improvements in search engine optimization (SEO) strategy of the company with the SEO/PPC Specialist to drive more organic and paid sales.
PR – Develop and build a PR integrated marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics and developing a media/ PR strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media. Promote the business through networking, to new and existing audiences
Analytics – Leading on Google Analytics and other digital monitoring/measurement tools, ensuring that digital metrics are implemented, consistently reported and widely used and understood.
Supporting colleagues across the Marketing department to achieve their goals via the provision of effective marketing coordination and support, including use of external marketing tools. platforms and technologies.
Reporting – be in charge of individual performance tracking, team projects, other campaign reports of the whole Marketing team – This will include regular 1:1s and weekly, monthly and annual reviews to ensure objectives and targets are defined, monitored and met. Read More

Experiences
Experience of developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy and operational plan in a broad range of marketing disciplines
Experience of the management of SEO, paid campaigns social media and email/intranet optimization
Experience of brand development and management
Experience of appointing, managing, delegating and reviewing internal team work/ external stakeholders.
Experience of ideating, designing, editing and optimizing digital content across all platforms
Experience of engaging and persuading staff through meetings, presentations and training sessions
Experience of managing IT/ Digital/Marketing team communication and performance of a company (managing people and budgets well)
Experience of using content management systems
Experience of working with remote workers

Good communication skills, in writing, in face to face situations and over the telephone
Strong organizational skills, able to manage several projects at once and work under pressure to meet deadlines

Other Requirements
Degree in Marketing, IT, or any related field
At least 1 years of experience in all above mentioned areas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Fluency in spoken and written English.)
Ability to establish and maintain positive, productive, and cooperative working relationships with team members and colleagues.
Ability to work online and flexibility of taking shifts when needed (India shifts)
