    Lead Generation and Prospecting:

      • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
      • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
      • Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

    Client Relationship Management:

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
      • Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their business objectives.
      • Serve as the main point of contact for client communications and queries.

    Sales Strategy and Execution:

      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
      • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
      • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets

    Job Role & Responsibility.

    This is a front-line sales position in the ESA Card sales team, and is responsible for driving business forward, achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers through consultations. Selling our card products [courses and packages] through determined channels of acquisition Seeking out new customers through existing leads and cold calling and maximising lead generation Timely execution of all sales activities leads, campaigns, referrals and any self-generated leads Tracking and reporting sales performance, including pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions Scheduling appointments, listening to customer needs and selling the most appropriate product Researching and understanding prospects before making calls Ensuring all applications are completed thoroughly and accurately, and properly submitted Be the interface between the engager and the customer to resolve any application processing issues Onboarding new customers and undertaking spend enablement activities Stay up to date on products and competition Attend and participate in regular staff meetings Engage in regular portfolio planning to determine areas of focus and project accuracy for the full year Requirements Must have your own vehicle Qualifications – Any Graduate, Post Graduate & MBA in Marketing Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
