Jobs Responsibilities.
Passenger Safety and Comfort:

- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure the aircraft cabin is clean, neat, and well-stocked.
- Demonstrate the use of emergency equipment and provide safety briefings to passengers.
- Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Monitor and secure the cabin during takeoff, landing, and turbulence.
Customer Service.

- Provide a warm welcome to passengers and assist them with seating arrangements, luggage storage, and other needs.
- Deliver exemplary customer service throughout the flight, addressing passenger inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Serve meals, snacks, and beverages, and handle special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure a pleasant and comfortable travel experience by anticipating passenger needs and exceeding their expectations.
Emergency Response

- Remain vigilant and prepared to respond to medical emergencies, turbulence, or any other unforeseen situations.
- Administer first aid and handle medical situations following established protocols.
- Coordinate with the flight deck and ground personnel in the event of emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers.
Team Collaboration.

- Work collaboratively with fellow cabin crew members, pilots, and ground staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings to discuss flight details, safety protocols, and any passenger issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a supportive and harmonious work environment.
Compliance and Regulations:

- Adhere to all airline policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to safety, security, and service standards.
- Stay informed about industry developments and updates in aviation safety and customer service practices.
- Complete required training programs and maintain certifications as mandated by regulatory authorities.
Qualifications.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry heavy items, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Meet the height and weight requirements as specified by airline safety regulations.
