The YouTube Lead will be responsible for managing video uploads, setting video metadata, and setting upload schedules for our YouTube channels on a daily basis.
Mandate: capable of Rojgarhunt and ought to be an excellent troubleshooter. a monetized channel or a minimum of 50k subscribers are required.
Requirement:
Optimize the scheduling and uploading procedures in order to maximize the expansion, impact, and reach of our channels.
Research and experiment to maximize reach (number of unique viewers) and engagement (time spent watching) on YouTube channels that have already been optimized and strategically develop and launch new channels.
Strong in Online Reputation Management (ORM) Someone who is passionate about the education industry and has a strong aesthetic sense The role requires a courteous, positive, and high-energy individual with great people skills. She/he will set up new channels and maintain existing channels. Must be familiar with any Response Management tool like Sprinklr, Social Studio, Social Bakers, and others. Strong in MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word, basic lookup, and advanced excel would be an added advantage).
To keep an eye on how well each channel and video is doing, the YouTube Lead will also look at the analytics coming from the channels.
As you investigate how we can best increase reach, engagement, and revenue on our channels, you will also need to conduct some research and conduct some experiments.
You will also hold strategy-setting calls on a regular basis with the digital, production, business, and adaptation teams, deciding from the top down how we use YouTube.
